To secure the room booking in the Guest House we require: name, address, contact number, credit card details and estimate check-in time. We will not debit your credit card (unless you instruct us to do it otherwise) but we expect you to settle the bill for the nights booked upon your arrival.
Check in time is from 2 pm to 10 pm. Check out time is by 10 am. If different check in time is required or if you wish to drop off your luggage, please let us know.
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy and reserve the right to charge cancelled or a no show bookings an amount equal to the first nights of stay per room.
As a small establishment we charge 2% service charge on payments by most credit or debit cards, except AMEX cards are subject to 5% surcharge.
Breakfast is usually served from 8 to 8.30 am.
If the above times are not suitable, please ask to arrange different breakfast time to suit both parties. We are pleased to accommodate children above the age of 5. In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept pets. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not permitted in any part of the establishment.
Minimum rental period is one week. A booking form has to be completed before rental period commences. A copy of complete Terms and Conditions will be provided to the interested parties. Cancellation policy for the self catering house is as per the terms and conditions applied to the Mulberry Self Catering.
