Facilities

Sitting / dining area with sofas, colour television, Satellite TV, DVD player, table and chairs, microwave, gas cooker, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner; all linen and towels provided and exchanged for clean weekly.

All bedrooms with television, upstairs rooms with wash basins, gas central heating, emergency hall lights, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, fire blanket, and carbon monoxide detectors.

Free internet broadband connection, available 24×7. Free parking for one car

Regretfully the house is not currently wheelchair accessible.

Tariffs

Weekly rental	£600 – £875

Number of people (1–6) staying in the self catering house, length of stay and season reflects on weekly rate.

There is a 2% surcharge on payments by credit or debit cards, except AMEX cards are subject to 5% surcharge.
